The 360 Degree Environmental Leadership Program

The 360 Degree Environmental leadership Program covers four key areas of environmental management at different degrees of leadership.  At each stage of the program, we are continuously conducting assessments using key performance indicators, assessing the outcomes of assessments, and discussing with you the actions you can take to address opportunities, weaknesses, and threats during mentoring sessions. We also include a follow-up action plan with you to ensure all assessment issues have been addressed or the actions that will be put in place to address them.

The 360 Degree Environmental leadership Program is an online acceleration program that is based on a continuous improvement model that includes training modules, workshops, and personalized mentoring sessions by ISO Lead Environmental Auditors, and industry and business experts. The program takes participants through a self-assessment of their current environmental management system, identifying gaps and existing problems in managing environmental data. Using the Continuous Improvement Model (CIM), we map design improvements to existing user/client environmental management journeys as well as production growth opportunities. The objective of the Continuous Improvement Model is to promote incremental sustainable improvements to services, products, and processes within small groups of business professionals meeting over time to tackle real-life environmental/climate problems or issues. Instead of major changes, our approach promotes small incremental changes and applied improvements to current environmental data challenges and issues. With this approach, small corrections can be made fairly easily as changes to your environmental management system are small and incremental. Small incremental changes are also better for your budget. Our workshops are practical, not theoretical. Our approach can Improve environmental performance as well as increase resource efficiency, and competitiveness and reduce waste, and emissions as well as provide cost savings.

Continuous Improvement Model (CIM)

We will use the Continuous Improvement Model (CIM), with the objective that organizations undertake incremental sustainable improvements to services, products, and processes within small groups of business professionals meeting over time to tackle real-life environmental/climate problems or issues to achieve their environmental objectives; reflecting and learning with and from their experience and each other as they attempt to make incremental changes that include a blended learning approach; face-to-face training, virtual classroom, webinars, assessments, and one-to-one coaching. The program is designed for leadership and sustainability personnel. Participants will be given access to an online program that can be accessed via their mobile phone or laptop with action-orientated tasks and environmental management templates to complete before each training session. The program objective is for each organization to be in a position to progress towards preparing for the implementation of an ISO 14001/2015 Environmental Management System or ISO 50001 energy management program.

How is the program organized?

The program is organized into five main segments as follows:

Onboarding and introduction to the 360 Degree Leadership Program.

We start by welcoming participants to the program elements and organization. We also explain how we conduct assessments, outcomes, actions, and follow-ups. The importance of achieving success in either completing the necessary actions required at the end of each training module or identifying actions and milestones to be taken in the short-term to address issues highlighted during the assessment and outcomes stage is critical to improving your organizational awareness of environmental impacts. Addressing risks or opportunities for innovation and investment. Addressing weaknesses and threats will Improve your corporation's use of resources, as well as reduce the risk of unwanted environmental impacts to the environment.  Action-orientated responses to the outcome of our assessments will also improve how you control environmental impacts, as well as improve your corporate public relations, compliance with legislation, and reduce costs. We also learn from you through introductions about yourself and your organization, current position, background, and what you are expecting from the program.
